CK already set pricing and product to sell but the branch is still unable to see and order CK items. In this case, CK has not yet set CK serviceable settings for internal branches. To enable CK items visibility, you can refer to following steps:


  1. Go to CK account

  2. Go to settings

  3. Click serviceable 

  4. Tick respective branches


Then the selected outlets will be able to see CK items in the ordering page.
