i. Click on “Import” button and select “Import products”
ii. A pop-up is prompt and click on “Download Template” to trigger the Excel template from the system
iii. The Excel file is preset with the header of every column the system used to recognise. Make sure the file is saved with a cautious checking & verification
iv. Upload/Drag & drop the Excel template into the system and click on “Proceed”
v. The system will validate the data and you may check through the product details from the preview table and click on “Check Errors” to validate again if there’s any changes
vi. Click on “Check Errors” before proceed to save, the system will notify the template consists of any invalid/null value
vii. Click on “Proceed” and a confirmation message will prompt to check whether the last action is confirm to go.
